| The 23-room hotel designed as a Mediterranean-style mansion
is surrounded by ten acres of parks with numerous ponds and fountains. Roughly
the size of Holland, Vancouver Island experiences a wide range of climatic
conditions, from generally mild climate on the coast, to year-round snowfalls
on the glaciers of the mountainous interior. Temperatures on the southern part
of the Island rarely drop below freezing in the dead of the winter, and usually
remain above 20 C (70F) in the summer. |

guarantee the reservation. Last minute cancellations do affect the resort
greatly and, as a result, they will only be able to refund deposits (less a
$20.00 administration fee) if cancellations are made more than 7 days prior to
the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for cancellations made with less than 7
days notice will be non refundable. Should you need to depart before the last
date of your confirmed reservation, you will be required to pay for any
additional nights that have been reserved. The Resort is an adult-oriented
destination. The Resort is a non-smoking establishment. Check in times are from
