A short walk outdoors through the beautifully landscaped gardens leads to a private sandy beach with a gazebo located on a rocky extension beyond the beach. Guests have the use of 3 sea kayaks and a Sunfish sailboat.

2002/2003 Weekly Rates: December 15, 2002 to April 15, 2003...$18,750. Christmas/New Year's $22,500. April 16, 2003 to December 14, 2003... Main House (three bedrooms only) $10,000. Main House plus Annex (7 bedrooms) $15,000. Thanksgiving Week Main House plus Annex (7 bedrooms) $16, 875. Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT 15%). Rates include full villa staff (cook, maid, gardener, laundress). Deposit - 30% by check is required to confirm reservation. Balance - due 45 days before rental period. Cancellations - 60 days prior to departure date 100%. Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly. A US$100 administrative fee is charged on all cancellations. Christmas (cancellation policy) Cancellations - 90 days prior to departure date 100%. After 90 days we can only refund if the villa can be rebooked.
