Country Cuisine, which includes the use of fresh herbs and vegetables from the
chef's garden, including, among other things, a wide variety of tomatoes

request. One night's deposit is required to confirm reservations, and will be

Deposits are accepted by check payable to Bernardus Lodge, or through American
Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diner Club, Discover, or JCB. Early departure from
the resort will result in forfeiture of the deposit covering the last night of
your reservation. Deposit policy may vary during high season, special event
weekends and holidays. Cancellations are accepted with a full refund up to 7
days prior to the reserved arrival date. Deposits are subject to forfeiture if
cancellation deadlines are not met. Cancellation policy may vary during high

cash gratuities, Bernardus Lodge charges a $18 per-night resort fee (excludes
food and beverage gratuities). There is a 10.5% tax on all accommodations, and
a 7.25% sales tax on all other charges. The listed rates do not include the
