joined with the prestigious Cellars Hohenort in a joint venture to launch
Novelli at The Cellars. Novelli negotiated a joint venture agreement to run the
restaurant at the hotel with owner Liz McGrath. With Novelli protege chef
George Jardine running the kitchens at The Cellars Restaurant,
Jean-Christophe's distinctive style of cooking is assured. |
