$9,900. Rates include greeting, introduction to the home, 4 hours cleaning each
weekday, linen change once per week, utilities, firewood, house basics, and
personal services of a local host for three 1/2 days. Reservations require a
30% deposit by check, along with a signed confirmation and "terms/conditions"
letter. The balance of payment is due 95 days prior to arrival. A refundable
security deposit is also required.
