| The Coutinot ocean-front suite (Orchid)features a
master bedroom with a four-poster king bed veiled in romantic netting. Set on
the corner with a semi-circle wall of french doors, this suite offers a
magnificent view of the Caribbean and the Grenadines. Boasting an
inside/outside garden bath and shower, a separate dressing room, and furnished
wrap-around verandah. Air-conditioning, CD player, mini-bar, spaciousness, and

| Each of the luxurious Cotton House cottages, rooms, and
suites has its own distinct personality and views. Many have terraces and
private garden walkways. All are luxuriously appointed with the finest in
comfort and amenities including cotton linen and towels, baths, and fully
stocked mini-bars. The original decorative art furnishings of the Cotton House
are the legacy of Oliver Messel, the renowned London designer who made Mustique
his passion. |

| Set in their own buildings on the exotic landscaped grounds
of the Cotton House, the four Garden Suites offer a completely separate
parlor with a bar area and powder room. Each of the suites boasts king-size
beds draped in mosquito netting and a private verandah which runs the entire
width of the suite allowing both parlor and bedroom to be accessed by french
doors. They also feature oversize bathrooms with pedestal tubs, showers, and
vanity. (One suite only has double vanities). Garden views of rolling hills and
the stunning island of Mustique in the background. Air-conditioned and

| There are three charming West Indies style cottages
(Grenadine Cottages) positioned along the hill approaching the hilltop
pool and dining terrace. King size beds draped with Cotton House signature
mosquito netting and an oversize dressing room and bathroom with step-up tubs
opening up to the verandah. The verandahs offer garden views with ultimate
privacy. Air-conditioned, mini-bars, and CD players, and the ability to change
the bed configuration upon request. |

| Breakfast is served on The Great Room verandah or in
guests' room. Lunch is à la carte by the pool or on the verandah if
inclement weather. Guests can also order a private picnic lunch to enjoy while
exploring the island and its secluded beaches. |

| Mustique lies 18 miles south of St. Vincent & The
Grenadines, a collection of unspoiled islands stretching across the Eastern
Caribbean. Mustique measures 1.5 miles wide by 3 miles long and encompasses
1400 acres of rolling hills, lush terrain, and stretches of deserted white sand

| Originally an 18th century coral warehouse and sugar mill,
the Cotton House was carefully restored by the late British designer, Oliver
Messel. Today this beautiful 13-acre retreat is recognized as one of the
Caribbean's leading luxury inns. |

| The three ocean-front master rooms (Flamboyant, Tower,
& Allamanda) are luxury king rooms with four-poster beds veiled in
Crown netting. Each spacious room has been strategically positioned to offer
the finest views of the azure blue Caribbean and golden sunsets, while
maintaining total privacy. One is located on the second level with sunning
decks on either side. All offer Balinese style furnishings, air-conditioning,

| Facing the ocean and beach, Sunset, an ocean-front
master room in the Coutinot House, offers the most magnificent views of the
sunset, Mustique island, The Grenadines, and Tobago Cays in the background.
Furnished in Balinese style, boasting a four-poster king-sized bed draped in

garden bath and shower with views, separate entry, dressing room, furnished

| Situated atop of the gently rolling hills overlooking the
resort, two buildings, each featuring four deluxe rooms (Messel Rooms),
have original Oliver Messel furnishings, king beds veiled in Crown netting,
separate dressing rooms, and wrap-around furnished verandahs. The upper rooms
offer distant views of the Caribbean with the Grenadine islands in the
background; the lower rooms boast oversize corner terraces for outside dining
and entertaining overlooking the magnificent villas of Mustique. Bathrooms, air
conditioning, pedestal baths and showers, mini-bars, CD players, and separate
dressing rooms are features in each Messel room. Bed configuration may be
changed to two singles upon request. Two rooms connect by a terrace door making

| Executive Chef Jean-Jacques Uge creates a daily menu using
the freshest Caribbean ingredients combined with imported delicacies from
around the world. Dinner is served by candlelight on the verandah. |

| The pool terrace is a relaxing spot to enjoy lunch or a
refreshing drink. The Cotton House is located directly on the beach and offers
its own water sports and dive shop. Popular water sports include windsurfing,
snorkeling, and scuba diving. All water sports are complimentary except scuba

| The European mini-spa is housed in a small West
Indies-style cottage on the beach and offers: aromatherapy treatments,
massages, facials, reflexology, body therapies, wraps, waxing, manicures and
pedicures, as well as complete spa packages for men and women. |

| Mustique has its own Equestrian Center, as well as four
floodlit tennis courts in addition to the two tennis courts at the Cotton
House. Nature hikes and beach strolls are among the favorite island activities.
For island transportation, guests can rent a mule (motorized buggy) or jeep,

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY: A deposit in the amount of 4 nights
accommodation inclusive of taxes must secure all reservations. Deposit can be
paid via Visa, Master or American Express cards. 28 days cancellation notice
required to guarantee refund of advance deposit. The hotel will retain a 4
nights charge if reservation is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival.
No shows will be deemed to be cancellations. Early departure after check-in
will result in full charges being applied for the complete period reserved.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. Cotton House will make every
effort to accommodate early check-in, subject to availability. Check-out is at
12:00 p.m. A complimentary late check-out will be extended up to 2:00 p.m.
subject to availability. A charge of US $100. will be levied to guests wishing
to extend their check-out to between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., subject to

Minimum stay of 10 nights for all arrivals/bookings between 20th to 31st
December... Rates are for double occupancy only - 50% deposit required on
confirmation of reservation. Balance due by July 31. All deposits/payments are
