spacious, individually designed one and two-bedroom apartments, most of which
overlook the private gardens opposite. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, and
separate drawing room. Each suite has a writing desk, 2 colour televisions, a
fully stocked mini bar, 2 line telephone, modem point and voice mail. Bathrooms
have large tubs, American standard shower and heated towel rails. Facsimile
machines and VCR's can be installed on request. |

| The Drawing room at Durley House has been designed in the
grand English country house style and is a perfect place to entertain friends,
or simply read and relax in front of the open fire. There is also an honour bar
tucked away in an antique amour for the use of residents. |

| The one-bedroom suites are in the rear of the hotel
overlooking a small courtyard. They consist of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen,
and sitting room. These are smaller than the Luxury one-bedroom suites. The
Luxury one-bedroom suites are in the front of the hotel overlooking the park.
They have a king-size bed which can be twinned if necessary, a sitting room,
kitchen, and bathroom. The two-bedroom suites have a king-size bed in the
master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a spacious living room,
kitchen, and bathroom. |

service. Cancellation policy is four days prior to arrival. All rates are
inclusive of continental breakfast and service. Rates are exclusive of VAT at
17.5%. After 28 days VAT will not be charged. An extra bed is available upon
request at a charge of up to £30 per night. Continental Breakfast £
