| In 1990, this 539 room luxury resort was unveiled - a
luxurious, all-encompassing hotel built on a breathtaking 32-acre beachfront,
complete with upscale dining outlets, a full-service spa, a 10,000-square-foot
pool, championship tennis courts and other world-class features. |

| The 1,708 square foot Fitness Center is situated close to
the oceanfront pool with stunning views and access to a variety of beach
activities. The facilities include the latest equipment. |

| The free-form 10,000 square foot swimming pool is open 24
hours. No lifeguard is on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Towels and
poolside services are available. In the evening, towels are available in the
cabinet next to Brown's Beach House, which is accessed by your room key. |

| Shade cabanas, chaise lounges and towels are available at
the beach. The beach is open from sunrise to sunset. |
