Weekly Rate (maximum guests 8) Jan. 1, 2003 - April 30, 2003 $8,500. May 1, 2003 - November 14, 2003 $5,000. The minimum rental period is seven nights. All Mustique villas include a vehicle and are fully staffed with a cook and/or maid and a gardner (some with additional household staff). Rates are exclusive of a 7% government tax and a 8% administrative fee. Rates are European Plan and include: Airport pick-up and transfer to villa. Household staff: cook, maid, gardener. Use of one vehicle. Laundry Service. Four (4) floodlight tennis courts (complimentary). Fitness Trail. Managing Director's weekly island wide Cocktail Party, Tuesday evenings. Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 10% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required 6 months prior to the date of arrival and becomes non-refundable 3 months prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 50% of the rental is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival and is completely non-refundable. Deposits are refundable only if notice of cancellation is received in writing by the Company prior to the date the deposits become non-refundable. GUESTS ARE THEREFORE URGED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
