| The Great House, Turtle Beach occupies a prime beachfront
site of 1.6 acres on the exclusive West Coast of Barbados. Set in lush
landscaped grounds, the property commands a magnificent view south across
Mullins Bay. |

| Children age twelve and under are allowed by special
arrangements only. Children above age twelve are welcome. A staff of fifteen
includes a House Manager, two Butlers, Cook, Assistant Cook, two Maids, two
Gardeners, two Night Watchmen, Laundress and Assistant Boatman. |

| A magnificent beach-side gazebo set in the north of the
landscaped grounds makes for delightful alfresco dining and sunset cocktails.

| Four bedroom suites are provided in cottages built in the
local 'chattel house' style. These feature twin beds. All bedrooms are
air-conditioned, and have en suite bathrooms that open to a balcony or verandah

| Watersports equipment features a 24' Boston Whaler
speedboat with two 250hp Yamaha outboard engines (villa rental fee does not
include cost of petrol & oil for speed boat, or cost of air for scuba
tanks), 16' Hobie cat (Catamaran), Sunfish (sailboat), water skiing equipment
(adult and child), children's tow-board, masks, snorkels, private raft, and
Caribbean Scuba Diving equipment for five persons may be used only by special
arrangement (Boatman is PADI certified diver). |

| Built in 1988, The Great House is constructed in grand
style using coral stone, verandahs, shuttered windows, ceiling fans and
numerous other features of the traditional West Indian plantation house. |
|
|
| The property is enhanced by the Pool Room with casual
seating and pool side bar, the beachfront dining Gazebo, the Coach House
offering staff accommodation, a small office and conference room, an Aviary as
well as the Boathouse, which is equipped with an extensive range of water
sports equipment. |

| The dining room will seat 8-10 guests comfortably. |

| The main house is built on two stories accommodating
spacious reception rooms and three of the bedroom suites. These bedrooms
feature king-size beds. |

| The leisure area has a swimming pool, shallow children's
pool, powder room, Jacuzzi, changing room, portable gas Bar-B-Q, and poolside
bar. |
