| Hayman lies nestled between the north eastern coast of
Queensland and the Great Barrier Reef in Australia's Whitsunday Islands. This
magnificent resort is built on 31 acres, and its closeness to the reef makes it
a super location for all water sports, including snorkeling and diving. A
walking trail circles the island past a number of secluded bays and craggy
points. |

| Located just twenty nautical miles from the Hamilton
Airport, guests begin their holiday aboard one of Hayman's luxury yachts.
During the 55 minute trip to the resort, guests are registered, given their
room keys, while enjoying a glass of champagne. |

| Guests can choose from 203 rooms and suites, plus 11
individually styled penthouses, all with private balconies or terraces with
either magnificent views over swimming pools, lush tropical gardens, beaches,
or the Whitsunday Islands. No part of the resort is taller than four stories,
and most guest rooms, restaurants, and other public areas are situated in two
wings-East Wing and West Wing-which are linked by scenic walks and
gardens. |

| Dining on Hayman is an experience in itself. Six
International restaurants serve a variety of cuisine prepared by some of the
world's finest chefs. La Fontaine is the resort's signature restaurant which
serves French cuisine, 5-6 nights a week, accompanied by classical and
contemporary music (jacket required for gentlemen). There is also a private,
16-seat dining room with a butler. La Trattoria (casual indoor-outdoor Italian
restaurant). The Oriental Restaurant (indoor-outdoor Chinese, Malaysian, Thai,
and Japanese cuisine). Planters Restaurant (casual Australian cuisine). The
Coffee House (indoor-outdoor beachfront restaurant). The Beach Pavilion (casual
light snacks - pictured above). |

| Small runabouts are available for a trip exploring
neighboring islands and deserted beaches. A picnic lunch, cold beer or wine,
and snorkeling gear will be provided. |

| A variety of sailing options are available, including
crewed day and sunset charters, as well as bareboat charters for the
experienced sailers. There is also a fleet of power boats that are available
for fishing and diving charters. |
|
|
| There are six, floodlit tennis courts located at the end of
the formal gardens. Tennis lessons and ball machines are also available. |
|
|
| Hayman provides state-of-the-art conference equipment and
facilities for groups from 10 to 120 persons. |
|
|
| A PADI 5-star Dive and Snorkel training
facility is located in the watersports complex at the resort's marina. The Dive
and Snorkel Centre has its own heated training pool with shallow and deep ends
for underwater instruction. Divers require a current 'Certification' card from
a recognized diving agency, and log book. All dives at the Reef are guided with
a Divemaster/Instructor. The Dive Centre offers the full range of PADI
Continuing Education Courses, including Open Water, Advanced, Rescue,
Divemaster, and the popular - Night Diving, Coral Reef Ecology, Deep Diving,
and Equipment Specialist. |

| The resort fronts two, white sand beaches on the south
western side of Hayman Island and is the only facility on the island. The
island is 2.5 miles long and 1.9 miles wide. Hayman Island is 960 acres in area
and 5 miles in circumference. Its tallest peak stands 820 feet above sea level,
and a thick covering of native eucalyptus gives the island a uniquely
Australian appearance. |

| Upon arrival, guests are escorted to their rooms followed
by a bellman who transports their luggage. Hayman can also be accessed by
charter helicopters directly from Hamilton Airport (25 minutes flying time).

| The 32 Palm Garden View rooms are the least expensive
rooms. The Palm Garden rooms have a shower only, no bathtub. All guest rooms
feature individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and direct dial
ISD/STD telephones with two lines in each room. A private fax extension in room
is available on request. |

| Pictured above is one of the 13 East Wing twin-bedded
rooms. There are also 29 East Wing guest rooms with double beds. All guest
rooms feature satellite television with Movielink, in-room safe, refrigerator,
radio, and a mini-bar. |

| There are three swimming pools. The external pool is seven
times the size of an Olympic pool and is filled with filtered sea water. The
smaller interior pool is fresh water and heated. The third pool is a 60' x 40'
heated fresh water pool with two outside spas, located in front of the East
Wing. |

| For guests who enjoy watersports, there is parasailing,
waterskiing, and watersleighing available daily, depending on tide times and
weather conditions. |
|
|
| Helicopter charters are available for sightseeing trips or
to access remote beaches and reefs. |
|
|
| Complimentary 14 ft catamarans, windsurfers, and paddleskis
are available on Hayman's Beach, operating hours depending on tide times. |
|
|
| The Hayman Health Club has two exercise areas with
computerized bikes, electronic steppers, treadmills, rowing machines, and multi
station weight equipment. There is a spa bath, steam room, sauna, plunge pool,
plus massage, and relaxation facilities. |

| The seasons are reversed in Australia, with June through
September being winter with temperatures in the mid to high 70's (F). December
through March is summer with avearage temperatures in the mid to high 80's (F).
