The delectation of dining in magical surroundings. From April to October, the Summer Restaurant opens onto the biggest hotel garden in the capital. With blond wood seats, striped awnings and hangings, the decoration is a harmonious blend of greens, beige and reds, where light and soft shadows play. From the first ray of sunshine, tables shaded by big white Italian-style parasols are set up on the edge of the lawns.

How could one not be charmed by this splendid oval room! In the 19th century, it was the private theatre of the master of the house, Jules de Castellane. Today, chef Eric Frechon produces the most exquisite flavours and fragrances. From November to April, the Winter Restaurant opens its doors: carved Regency oak paneling, windows traced with gold leaf and embellished with panels painted by Gustave-Louis Jaulmes, who also decorated the Salle Pleyel and the Palais de Chaillot.
Cocktail time. Prior to going into the garden, taste a delicious "Jessica", or a "Honeymoon" cocktail created by head barman Pascal Havel. Unless you would prefer a "Crazy Horse", a subtle blend of wood strawberries, banana liqueur and champagne which won the First Prize of Paris.
At the Bristol, tradition rhymes with modernity. Each room is equipped with modern appliances: satellite television, of course, but also video, mini-bar, telephone, computer connection plugs, air conditioning, well-lit wardrobes and a safe.
 The bathrooms, the biggest in Paris, combine charm and comfort. In white Carrara marble, they all have double sinks, big baths, shower stalls, heated towel racks, magnifying mirrors, scales, hair-dryers, Hermès toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels, dressing gowns and slippers.
