2005 Weekly Rates: January 11 through May 31 ... $
22,400/week. June 1 through October 31... $22,680/week. Christmas & New
Year's (two week minimum) $25,900/week. Add 15% for the tax and service charge.
Rate includes gardener and maintenance person, laundress, and maid service. The
maid will serve continental breakfast daily. A 30% deposit is required to
secure the reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival on
Anguilla. A $2,000 security deposit is required and will be returned at the end
of your stay. In the event of cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival
date, if a replacement booking can be secured, 80% (of final payment amount
only) will be returned. Travel insurance is recommended.
