| The two, 36 foot Grand Crafts that transport you to Little
Palm Island are magnificent, custom-made mahogany half million-dollar launches
crewed by a professional captain and mate. |

| Guests are greeted by the concierge on the dock and luggage
is efficiently delivered to your cottage by the bell staff. |

| The one public phone on the island is housed in a renovated
outhouse that was once used by Harry Truman. |

Mockingbird, and Night Hawk, which are located at the northeast part of the
resort away from the pool and restaurant. |

| Each guest that chooses to relax on the beach is given a
pink flag on a pole that is used to signal for beverages and snacks. |

| Chef Adam Votaw wows guests with the fusion of 'Floribbean'
cuisine with Asian and French influences. Chef Votaw's ever-evolving menu
samples the finest in fresh, local fare, even key limes and herbs grown on
property. An evening menu might offer a delicacy such as lobster and stone crab
soup, or a surprising and delicious smoked-salmon parfait with Belgian endive
and green apple. |

marina can accommodate vessels up to 100 feet for overnight, extended stays or

| The 28 one-bedroom suites are located in "South Sea Island
Bungalows", with two ocean-view suites in each air-conditioned palm-thatched
villa. There are also two exclusive Island Grand suites with his and her
bathrooms, and outdoor hot tubs nestled at the oceans edge that are over 900
sq. feet of pure luxury. Appointed with exquisite British Colonial furnishings,
slate floors, His & Her bathrooms, four poster bed with mosquito netting,
outdoor hot tub, and indoor & outdoor lounging areas. This is a must for

| To ensure serenity, there are no phones or televisions, and
cell phones are only permitted in the privacy of your cottage. |

| There are only 14 thatched-roof bungalows. Each houses two,
ocean-view suites and all are named for birds indigenous to the area. The two
Island Grand suites are located in a separate bungalow with one suite
downstairs and one upstairs. |

| There is also a peaceful Zen garden with the soothing sound
of a waterfall behind these bungalows. There are lounge chairs on the beach and
by the freshwater swimming pool. |

| Little Palm Island is a 15-minute launch ride from its
Shore Station on Little Torch Key situated on Mile Marker 28.5 on the Overseas
Highway. The resort is conveniently located 28 miles from Key West
International Airport, 22 miles south of Marathon Airport and 120 miles
southwest of Miami International Airport and sits at the western end of
Newfound Harbor Key where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Straits of Florida.

| The island once served as a fishing camp and secluded haven
for Presidents Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy and Nixon, and a host of other VIP's.
In 1962 Warner Brothers selected the site for its South Seas ambiance when
filming the movie PT 109, based on President Kennedy's wartime

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full
refund minus $50 administrative fee. There is a two-night minimum stay
requirement on the weekends, three or four nights on most holidays, and five
nights during Christmas and New Years. Children 16 years of age and older are
