that must be kept closed, not for security (the owners never lock their doors),
but to keep the island's goat population from feasting on the lush
landscaping. |

| Chef Bernard Fayet and his assistant preparing dinner for
guests in Loblolly's gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with
state-of-the-art appliances, a wet bar and a wine rack. So that guests do not
have to go out for breakfast the first morning, the refrigerator is stocked
with breakfast foods, coffee and tea. The water in the taps is from the
desalinization plant and is safe and potable. However, bottled water is
recommended for drinking. A provisions list is provided prior to guests arrival
to request additional food and beverages. |

Atlantic side, across the Island from Sandy Hill: Le Beach, Le Cafe and
Madeariman Reef Restaurant. On Sunday nights, you can have dinner at Madeariman
Reef Bar & Restaurant and dance at their beach bar to a great local band.
For unique Caribbean flavor, dont miss the Dune Preserve owned by Bankie
Banx, Anguillas most famous Reggae musician, just west of the Cuisinart
Hotel. With over 30 beaches, gourmet beachfront restaurants, a relaxed

| One of the specialties on Anguilla are the fresh crayfish
and lobster. During a recent visit to Loblolly, we were served crayfish with a
mango salsa paired with with a delightful French wine that made for a memorable
evening. |

| Below the pool nearly concealed by trees lies a tiled
Hot Tub big enough for up to eight bathers. |
|
|
| Snorkeling equipment, childrens life jackets, beach
chairs and tennis racquets are available at Loblolly for guests of the villa.
There is a drug store on the main street of the Valley, where you can buy among
other things the Miami Herald. It is opposite the big blue and white Cable and
Wireless complex where you can get your cellular phone adapted to Anguilla. For
those who have not visited St. Martin, it is worth the 20-minute trip to
Marigot on the French side. The ferry leaves from Blowing Point every half an
hour (not necessarily on the dot) and returns from Marigot every half an hour,
but makes its last trip from St. Martin at 7.00 pm. Dont forget your
passports. If you wish to stay and gamble at the Casinos, you can charter a
boat. |

a 10% Government Occupancy Tax. Rates include maid service, garden, swimming
pool and tennis court maintenance. There is a one week minimum at all
times.
