chefs at work. Executive Chef Susan Ferry named as one of South Florida's "Six
Chefs to watch" serves "New World Cuisine" with influences from North, South,
Central America, Asia and the Caribbean. |

| This small luxury hotel consists of four buildings with a
total of 27 rooms. Each of the guestrooms and suites are decorated in a mix of
traditional and tropical, rich fabrics and antiques blending effortlessly with
white wicker and fresh flowers. Each guestroom has a marble bath, central air,
telephone, cable TV, bathrobes ceiling fans and security safe. |

| The interior designer developed an eclectic look by mixing
West Indies-style reproductions with modern fabrics and furnishings, including
hand-carved, 400-pound Agathus sleigh beds from Indonesia, four-poster iron
beds from the Philippines, and yew wood armoires from England. |

queen size bed, and a shared deck. |

porch with lounge chairs, and a breakfast table. |

| The menu changes daily and features fresh seafood, tropical
