to which hotel guests are extended membership privelages during their stay, it

| In the spring of 1992 Washington residents Adriana and
Robert Mnuchin brought a fine tradition gloriously back to life. Their
Mayflower is more than an inn. |
|

| The Mayflower (main inn) has eleven rooms and four suites,
the Speedwell annex has four rooms and one suite and the Standish annex has two
rooms and three suites. |

| Each guest room has leather-topped armoires and desks, a
love seat or two armchairs, Chippendale desk, and a four-poster or half-tester
bed covered with Frette linens, duvets, afghans, and handmade quilts. |

| Fireplaces forever burning...Sherry always on the
sideboard...Tabriz rugs softly underfoot...the impeccably appointed rooms and
suites are at the romantic heart of the Mayflower experience. |

| There is a heated outdoor seasonal pool with poolhouse on
the hill above the rose garden. The Mayflower's grounds are a walker's

| There is a two night minimum on weekends. There is also a
three night requirement for the following holidays; Presidents' Day, Memorial
Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New
Year's Eve. |

When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at Mayflower it is secured by a
credit card and subject to 12% State Lodging Tax. Because of the Inn's size and
location, cancellations affect them significantly. Therefore, they adhere to a
strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior
to the arrival date, regardless of the reason, you will be charged. The only
exception that can be made is if they successfully rebook your room for all the
original room nights of your reservation. Should it be necessary for you to
depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible
for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay. A two-night
minimum is required on weekends. There is also a three night requirement for
the following holidays; Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. All charges made
during your stay at the Inn are requested to be paid by cash, and personal or
company check. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
Children above the age of twelve are welcome. Guests are requested not to smoke
in bedrooms. Pets are not allowed. No pipe or cigar smoking is permitted in the
buildings. Check in is 3:00 p.m. If you should arrive earlier, every effort
will be made to accommodate you as soon as possible. Check out is 1:00 p.m. If
