dramatically perched 30 feet above the Caribbean Sea with
spectacular sunset views. The home and its pool are on the edge of a
knoll with panoramic vistas of the unspoiled waters below. The
plunge pool has underwater seats where you can contemplate the
superb view while sipping tropical drinks delivered to you on a
silver tray by your waiter. |

| Next to the pool is a staircase leading down to the private
seaside patio, with its lounge chairs in both sun and shade,
hammock, bar, and entrance to the sea. Due to the change in level
from the house, this secluded waterfront is an extremely romantic
spot. Your trained staff includes a cook, waiter, maid, and
gardener, who are experts at making you feel totally pampered. |

| The spacious master bedroom contains a beautiful, queen-size,
four-poster canopy bed, green marble floors, and opens out to the
tropical garden and plunge pool. The second bedroom has two twin
beds, and room for a crib. There are two full bathrooms. |

| They will produce sumptuous meals and tropical drinks, which
are accompanied by fine china, linen, and silver. The oriental rugs
and antique Jamaican mahogany furniture complete the beautiful
picture. |

2000 Weekly rates: High Season includes: January,
February, March, and Thanksgiving $4,000-$4,800 per week. Medium
Season includes: November, December and April weeks (excluding
those listed in High Season). $3,300-$4,100 per week. Low Season
includes: May through October $3,000-$3,800 per week. Rates are
based on the number of guests in your party. Add $300/week per child
for children under 10 years old and $400/week for children between 10
and 16 years old. In addition to the full-time staff, the rates
include: all meals, open bar, use of the night-lit tennis courts, sea
kayaks, snorkeling gear, bicycles, cassette/CD players, and transfers
to and from Montego Bay Airport (60 minute drive). There is a 15%
service charge that covers staff gratuities and local taxes.Payments
can be made by check or by wire.
