| The current owners, Dan and Missy Lickle, have made
important contributions toward preserving and enhancing the property by
maintaining the structures and finding adaptive uses that are compatible to the
site and surrounding countryside. |

| The spacious marble baths feature deep soaking tubs,
seperate shower and oriental rugs. |

| All of the 33 guestrooms and baths are unique, there are no
two alike. |

| Dining in the eclectic restaurant "Krazy Kat's which was
the original blacksmith's shop is a must. Chef Fred Kellermann serves new
American food, blending Asian and French accents with quality products and

| The Village of Montchanin is located in the Northwest
corner of deleware. Rolling countryside surrounds the village which lies
approximately six miles from the city of Wilmington, Delaware. There are brick
paths and terraces lined with trees and beautiful gardens that wind through and
join the old cottages. |

| Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this
19th century village was originally home to laborers who worked at the nearby
Du Pont powder mills along the banks of the Brandywine River. |

| All guestrooms have deluxe private baths, dual-line
telephone, cable TV, and wet bar. The beds are covered in pretty fabrics and
fitted with Frette sheets. |

| The luxurious guest rooms are furnished with antique
four-poster and canopy beds, painted blanket chests, chain-stitched rugs on
hardwood floors, graceful moldings, and sponged walls. |

2004 Daily Double Rates: Rooms $150 - $185. Suites $190 -
$375. Rates are per night. Room rates vary according to occupancy, room size
and location. The compulsory 8% Delaware state lodging tax is not included.
When making a reservation, we require a major credit card number to guarantee
the booking. We may require a minimum two night stay as well as a
non-refundable deposit for reservations during weekends, holidays and special
events. To avoid being charged for a minimum of one night's accommodation,
please notify us at least 24 hours prior to 1:00 pm of the arrival date.
Check-in is 3:00 pm check-out is 11:00 am. All major credit cards accepted.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the Inn buildings.
