| A unique feature of the Mount Nelson Hotel is its four
separate 'wings' of luxurious accommodation, all set in private gardens planted
with lavender and iceberg roses. These wings - Taunton House, Green Park,
Helmsley, and Hof Villa are reached from the main hotel via the leafy Palm
Avenue. |

| Luxury Rooms have a light and easy atmosphere and are the
same as Superior Rooms, but with a larger sitting area and bathroom. Some of
the rooms are interconnecting in the Green Park complex and other Luxury Rooms
are situated in the main hotel and Taunton House. |

| Executive Suites are larger than the Medium Suites, with
beautiful views and spacious lounges, some of which are open to the bedroom,
and feature newly renovated bathrooms. They are situated in the Helmsley
complex and Taunton House. |

suites, and services include dual extension telephone systems, private fax
line, executive check-in, and full suite bar. All suites have a kitchenette.

Additional Person / Children Policy: The property Hotel Manager has sole
discretion as to whether an additional person shall be permitted to share a
room. 0 to 4 years of age (Baby) ONE cot can be placed in any room category, at
an additional cost of R300 per night. The baby will also be entitled to baby
amenities and breakfast, served in the Oasis restaurant. Cots are subject to
availability. 5 years and over (Child/adult) ONE extra bed can be placed in a
room, from a Luxury Room category upwards (and including suite categories), at
R550.00 per night. The child/adult will also be entitled to breakfast, served
in the Oasis restaurant. Kindly note that accommodation is limited to a maximum
of three persons in a room. There are a limited number of extra beds and cots
available. Superior Rooms are only able to accommodate a cot and not an extra
bed. Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings: The following cancellation
and no-show policy is applicable to the Mount Nelson Hotel unless a special
policy has been separately negotiated: High Season 2007: 3 January 2007 to 31
March 2007 1 October 2007 to 21 December 2007 In the event of a cancellation,
the following cancellation fee will be levied: 21 15 days prior to
arrival, 20% of the total booking; 14 - 08 days prior to arrival, 50% of the
total booking; 07-01 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking fee. Low
Season 2007: 1 April 2007 to 30 September 2007 In the event of a cancellation
or non arrival during the hotels low season, the following cancellation fee
will be levied: 07 04 days prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the
total booking fee. 03 01 days prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the
total booking fee.
