Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings: The following cancellation and no-show policy is applicable to the Mount Nelson Hotel unless a special policy has been separately negotiated: High Season 2007: 3 January 2007 to 31 March 2007 1 October 2007 to 21 December 2007 In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be levied: 21 – 15 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total booking; 14 - 08 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking; 07-01 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking fee. Low Season 2007: 1 April 2007 to 30 September 2007 In the event of a cancellation or non arrival during the hotels low season, the following cancellation fee will be levied: 07 – 04 days prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the total booking fee. 03 – 01 days prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the total booking fee.
