that is great for young children, and built- in seats that are the ideal spot
to sip cocktails and watch the sunset. Follow the landscape path to the private
seaside patio with a staircase directly into the sea, outdoor shower, and
hammocks set in a grove trees. |

| The random-width wood floors, built-in antique mahogany
armoires, and tall, four-poster mahogany beds hark back to an era of extremely
fine living. Luxury is alive and well here, with a gracious staff to serve
beautifully prepared meals when and where you like. Silver, crystal, fine
china, and linens abound. |

2003 Weekly rates: High Season includes: January,
February, March, and Thanksgiving $6,500-$11,400 per week. Medium Season
includes: November, December and April weeks (excluding those listed in High
Season). $4,550-$10,200 per week. Low Season includes: May through
October $4,000-$9,600 per week. Rates are based on the number of guests in your
party. Add $350/week per child for children under 10 years old and $450/week
for children between 10 and 16 years old. In addition to the full-time staff,
the rates include: all meals, open bar, use of the night-lit tennis courts, sea
kayaks, snorkeling gear, bicycles, cassette/CD players, and transfers to and
from Montego Bay Airport (60 minute drive). There is a 15% service charge that
covers staff gratuities and local taxes. Payments can be made by check or by
wire.
