10,000-square-foot Manor House on the crest of a hill, or a thatched-roof Beach

a five-bedroom Beachside Villa. All of this is supported by exceptional
amenities, air-conditioned throughout, and a professional, courteous and
discrete staff to accommodate your every need. |

| Musha Cay is located 85 miles southeast of Nassau. It is a
40 minute flight from Miami or a three-hour flight from New York or Chicago by
commercial or private jet to nearby Mosstown, Great Exuma. From Great Exuma, it
is a 15 minute charter flight to Musha's 2200 foot private runway. Spring and
summer temperatures average a high of 82º and a low of 77º. Fall and
winter temperatures average 81º and 70º. |

| Rudder Cut, Cay adjacent to and also owned by the
proprietors of Musha Cay, is a 350-acre island with a 2,200-foot runway, which
accommodates twin-engine STOL aircraft and charter flights from Miami (1 hour,
20 minutes), Nassau (45 minutes), or Mosstown (10 minutes). Mosstown, Great
Exuma, which operates an all weather 8,000-foot runway suitable for all private
jets, as well as commercial service from Nassau and Miami on American Eagle and
Bahamasair, is a 15-minute charter flight to Rudder Cut Cay (Musha). Musha Cay
has sheltered anchorage and docking for up to 150' yachts with direct access to
the ocean. |

$24,750... Island Rental fee per day. For parties of 8
persons or less, no additional charge. For parties of 9 – 16 individuals,
$24,750 plus $1,250 per person per day for each person over 8. For parties of
17 – 24 individuals, $24,750 plus $1,150 per person per day for each
person over 8. $25,000 security deposit (refundable within 30 days after
departure date) 5% Surcharge for Bahamian room tax and staff gratuities not
included in rate. Rates are inclusive of all meals, all beverages (both
alcoholic and other, including fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited usage
of all island amenities. Transfers and international telephone services will be
billed separately. DEPOSIT POLICY: 20% deposit is due within two weeks of
booking date to secure reservation. 40% deposit is due 6 months prior to
arrival. 40% deposit, plus a $25,000 security deposit, is due 3 months prior to
arrival. Preferred form of deposit payment is by wire transfer. CANCELLATION
POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable as they are received. The security
deposit is refundable within 30 days of departure. If any deposit remains due
after its due date, Musha Cay has the right to treat the reservation as
cancelled and all payments will be forfeited. CURRENCY: US Dollar. TRANSFERS:
Not included in rate. We will provide information on charter flights and
transfers. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Guests are required to carry with them proof
of citizenship (passport or original birth certificate with photo I.D.) for
clearing Bahamian Customs and Immigration Services.
