| Mustique is a secluded 1,400 acre island
surrounded by beaches of pure white sand. It is a private retreat of barefoot
luxury for those who visit and a peaceful setting where one can rest,
recuperate and indulge. Mustique has eighty-five private residences and a large
majority are available for rent throughout the year. |

stilts over the sea, Basil's Bar has been hosting an international crowd for 25

| The Mustique Equestrian Centre offers
thoroughbred horses and island ponies to take you on scenic riding trails all
around the island. These trails meander up into the hills, offering impressive
panoramic views, and down on the white sand beaches where you can gallop in the
surf. Horse riding may be arranged at the Mustique Equestrian Centre, located
near to the tennis courts. |

| The Grenadines are known as a sailor's
paradise. The Mustique Company can arrange for sunset cruises, and day trips on
powerboats or sailing yachts to the neighboring exotic Grenadine Islands to
visit Petit St. Vincent, Canouan, Tobago Cays, Palm, Magreau and Bequia.
Private chartered cruises are also available. |

| The minimum rental period is seven nights. A
five percent Government Tax is added to the villa rental amounts and eight
percent Administrative Fee is added to guests total bill. Rates are European
Plan and include: Airport pick-up and transfer to villa, household staff (cook,
maid, gardener), use of one vehicle, and laundry service. |

| Britannia Bay Waterfront is a focal point of the island
with its position by Britannia Bay. Basil's Bar and a handful of shops situated
along the harborfront are open for guests. |
|
|
| The Cotton House, the only hotel on the island, was
originally an 18th century cotton warehouse and sugar mill. It was the late
British theatrical designer Oliver Messel who carefully restored many of its
original features in the 1960s. The Cotton House has twenty rooms and suites
and was completely refurbished and renovated in 1996. |

| There are four floodlit tennis courts on Mustique. The
resident tennis professional is on hand to offer private lessons and coaching.
|
|

| The villas of Mustique are carefully placed over one
thousand four hundred acres of land. The rental fee of your villa includes a
Jeep or similar vehicle. Also included in this cost is the owners private
staff of a gardener, cook and maid to take care of your needs during your stay.

| Mustique is reached by air from North America and Europe
through Barbados, St. Vincent, Canouan, Grenada, Martinique, St. Lucia, Puerto
Rico or Trinidad. Please note there are no evening flights. |

Villa reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking
by a 10% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months
prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 10% deposit becomes
non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required 6 months prior to the date
of arrival and becomes non-refundable 3 months prior to the date of arrival.
The remaining 50% of the rental is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival
and is completely non-refundable. Children are welcome on Mustique. However,
some villas are not suitable for young children. Cots and high chairs are
available - please inquire when booking.
