| Originally a sugar plantation built in 1778, Nisbet
Plantation has thirty-eight guest rooms, located in plantation-style cottages
that are situated throughout the 30-acre grounds to provide privacy. Nevis is
in the northeast Caribbean in the Leeward Islands two miles south of St. Kitts.

| For more casual dining, enjoy lunch served poolside at
Coconuts. Walk from the great house across the manicured lawns to a mile long,
white sand beach protected by a coral reef just offshore. |

| Nisbet Plantation was recently closed for renovations,
which included new bathrooms in the premier rooms, refurbished swimming pool,
tennis court, restaurant, and improved landscaping. |

| There are three types of room accommodations, which are: 16
Superior Rooms housed in 8 semi-detached cottages. Each has a bedroom, bath
with shower, and screened porch. |
|
|
| Jackets and ties are not required, although smart casual
dress is required in the Great House after 6pm (no jeans, T-shirts, or shorts).
Families are welcome, and children under 12 are served dinner in the Great
House at 6pm. |

| The island is dominated by a 3,232 ft. peak that is covered
with lush vegetation. At Nisbet Plantation, the Great House is the center of
activities, which includes; afternoon tea, dinner on the veranda overlooking
the estate, and the evening entertainment. |

| Our favorite rooms are the 12 Premier Suites located
closest to the beach, which have a living room area, full bath, wet bar, and
open patio. |

| There are many activities at Nisbet including: croquet,
golf (at the nearby Robert Trent Jones II course at the Four-Seasons),
horseback riding, mountain hiking, sailing, sport fishing, scuba/snorkeling,
tennis, and windsurfing. |

| 10 Deluxe Suites in 5 semi-detached cottages that have a
separate living room. 12 Premier Suites that have a separate living room, wet
bar, and open patio-built in groups of four. |

2003 Daily Double Rates (rates are for two people and include
daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and gourmet dinner (known as MAP for Modified

$370. Superior $290. Add 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Included in
room rates are complimentary laundry service, local phone service, all postage,
afternoon tea and invitations to the managers’ weekly rum punch party.
Nisbet accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks.
A three-night deposit is required in order to secure a reservation. This
deposit is then applied to the first and last two nights of your stay. Special
packages available. For "No Show" and cancellations within 28 days (Winter) and
14 days (Summer) of arrival, a charge of the three-night room rate will be
imposed. In case of early checkouts, the three-night deposit is applied to any
cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-sold
for the full period of the booking, there will be no cancellation fee. We
strongly recommend that you take insurance against trip interruption and the
possibility of cancellation fees.
