| One of the Grande Dames of Mexico, this magnificent resort
was originally built in 1956 as a private hideaway for International
sportfishermen, and was frequented by Bing Crosby, Dwight Eisenhower, John
Wayne, and Desi Arnaz. The only way in and out was by yacht, or private plane.

Latin America's first Jack Nicklaus signature course. Palmilla offers golfers
spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez from nearly every hole as it winds
through centuries old cardon cacti and rugged desert mountain terrain, making
each hole a memorable experience for golfers of every skill level. The 27-hole
course is divided into the Arroyo Nine, the Mountain Nine and the Ocean Nine.
The five sets of staggered tee boxes ensure golfers, from beginners to
professionals, an exciting game. The course has received accolades from around

| Los Cabos is less than a two-hour flight from Los Angeles.
The Los Cabos area is served by the San Jose del Cabo International Airport, a
20-minute drive from Palmilla. There are approximately 25 flights daily to Los
Cabos. |

| The Palmilla area, perched high atop a promontory
overlooking the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, was designed and built in
1956 by Abelardo Rodriguez, son of a former president of Mexico. Accessible

beach at sunset or go up into the hills and view Cabo from an angle most people

three night minimum is required on all weekends, no Saturday arrivals or
departures. Weekend is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The room rate for the
Ocean View Room is based on 1-2 persons (all others are based on 1-4 persons)
in a room on a per night basis and are subject to change without notice. Meals,
12% Government tax and 15% service charge are extra. Once payment has been
received, for any cancellation made outside 28 days prior to original arrival
date, a $25.00 processing fee will be assessed. Cancellations made within 28
days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to forfeiture of full payment.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. All holiday reservations
(Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) that are cancelled outside 60
days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. All
holiday cancellations received 60 - 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
are subject to a $200.00 per room cancellation fee. Holiday cancellations
received within 28 days of scheduled arrival date are subject to forfeiture of
full payment. Rates are quoted per night, per accommodation, and include
welcome drink at check-in, fruit basket upon arrival and continental breakfast
delivered to your room daily. Special package rates available upon request.
Rates are quoted in USD and are per room, per night based on single or
double occupancy and do not include 12% tax and 15% service charge. Seasonal
deposit and cancellation policies will be advised at time of booking. Rates do
not include airport transfers—private transportation in Hummer H2 or
Suburban can be arranged for a fee. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Major holiday restrictions apply. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two
children or three adults per room. Children ages 11 years and under stay
complimentary. Third adult ages 12 years and older in room is $50 per night.
Meal plans available, please inquire for inclusions and rates. Check-in time is
3:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon. Changing rooms are available for early
arrivals or late departures. All major credit cards accepted.
