Dining is a leisurely affair and the four courses served for dinner will showcase chef Jeff Miller's creative flair - as well as give you a taste of Montana's food sources. Additionally, he's forged relationships with the area's organic farmers to fill the Papoose Creek pantry with fresh and flavorful vegetables.
