The 4-bedroom and two 6-bedroom villas also include a private porter/chef, chauffeured vehicle, swimming pool, and dining room. Rates are subject to a 17% tax and service charge. A minimum stay might be required for Beach Front Jr. Suites. All rates and packages are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change and availability. Rates do not include a 17% surcharge for tax and service, which is subject to change, or any beverages. Round trip transfers to and from Beef Island Airport are included in all rates. Transfers on our ferry from St. Thomas on Tuesdays and Saturdays are $40 per person one way or $75 per person round trip; it departs the St. Thomas dock at 3:30 p.m. and the Peter Island dock at 9:00 a.m.. Reservation Requirements for Packages: Payment in full, including taxes, within three days of booking. Payments may be made by check or American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Cancellation Policy: Refunds are granted if reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of an Act of God and other force majeure, we would waive the cancellation fees by holding the deposit on escrow for a future visit up to one year from the date of original travel. If you do not visit Peter Island within the one year after the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Attire and Dress Code: Sports attire is worn throughout the day. Cover-ups are worn over swimsuits during breakfast and lunch. In the Tradewinds dining and lounge areas after 6 p.m., ladies wear elegant casual clothing, while gentlemen wear collared shirts and slacks, however, jeans, tennis shoes, and open toed shoes are not appropriate for men's evening wear. Sport coats and ties and cocktail dresses are optional. At Deadman's Beach Bar & Grill, casual wear and shorts can be worn for dinner
