We also offer two tennis courts including racquets and balls, a fitness center (featuring stair climbers, bikes, treadmill, weights and Cybex equipment) beach towels and chairs, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, a shuffleboard court and croquet facilities. A five-night minimum stay applies April 14 - November 2. *During the festive holiday season (December 23 - January 3 inclusive), there is an additional surcharge of $10.00 per day per person. N.B. United States currency is equivalent to the Bermuda dollar. The hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, cash or traveler's cheques. Gratuities: Gratuity: 10% of daily rate (Summer), $19.00 per person per day (Spring, Fall, & Winter)for a lanai and $21 for a suite. Bermuda Government tax: 7.25% of daily rate. Deposits: A two-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For "No Show" and cancellations within 28 days of arrival, the two-night room deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. In case of early checkouts, the two-night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-sold for the full period of the booking, there will be no cancellation fee. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against trip interruption and the possibility of cancellation fees. There are a number of packages which provide savings and the convenience of bundling costs along with other features such as airport transfers.
