Rates include full villa staff (cook, maid, gardener, laundress). Deposit - 30% by check is required to confirm reservation. Balance - due 45 days before rental period. Cancellations - 60 days prior to departure date 100%. Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly. A US$100 administrative fee is charged on all cancellations. Christmas (cancellation policy) Cancellations - 90 days prior to departure date 100%. After 90 days we can only refund if the villa can be rebooked.
