1999 Weekly Rates (Low Season 1/15-5/29 and 10/2-12/18) $6400. (Mid Season 5/29-6/26 and 9/4-10/2) $6900. (High Season 6/26/-9/4 and 12/18-1/15) $7800. Rates for two or more weeks available on request. Rates include greeting, introduction to the home, mid-week cleaning, linen change once per week, utilities, firewood, house basics, and personal services of a local host for three 1/2 days. Reservations require a 30% deposit by check, along with a signed confirmation and "terms/conditions" letter. The balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required.
