When renting a luxurious estate home, some guests may prefer no staff, and other guests may request various types of staff to meet their needs. For those who prefer a staffed estate, the Property Manager will help you arrange for a full staff, from daily maid service to a gourmet chef.

2004 Daily Double Rates: Upon Request. * Guest rates vary according to time of year, type of event, holiday and number of guests. Taxes, cleaning, travel insurance, staff services, food and drink, rental items and private club membership privileges are charges that if incurred are additional to basic guest rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a security deposit & 50% prepayment. Confirmation issued. Payment may be made by credit card, check, cash or wire transfer. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise noted on your confirmation. Travel Insurance is available and suggested for all payments are non-refundable.
