| This six-bedroom, four-bath beach house is 25 feet from the
water's edge with water surrounding the property on three sides. This site was
fortified by the Spanish in the early 1500's, and prized ever since as a
protected anchorage. This part of Jamaica is renowned for its deep-sea fishing,
and excellent snorkeling, with beautiful reefs very close by. |

| Its private island, reached by footbridge, has lounge
chairs and hammocks in both sun and shade, steps into the sea, a freshwater
shower, stereo, and bar. |

| The first floor now has an expansive living room, a large
dining room, the two original bedrooms and baths, and an enormous kitchen and
staff porch. |

| The adjacent guest cottage contains two more bedrooms and
baths, and has a third room which can be utilized by children if necessary.

at companion properties. Five air-conditioned bedrooms (two with kings, three
with queens), each with private bath & four-poster canopy bed. Sixth
air-conditioned bedroom with three twins and bath. Additional seventh room with
crib/cot if necessary. Ceiling fans throughout. Fine food, open bar, large
staff including cooks, waiters, maids, drivers, childcare (if desired).
Snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, touring, night-lit tennis. Transfers
from Montego Bay International Airport (about 30 miles from Bluefields).

remodeled in 1999 and then got a new second floor addition in early 2000. This
addition contains two magnificent seaview master bedrooms/baths and a stunning
outdoor terrace tucked behind the two enormous palm trees. |

2001 Weekly rates: High Season includes: January,
February, March, and Thanksgiving $7,000-$12,000 per week. Medium Season
includes: November, December and April weeks (excluding those listed in High
Season). $5,250-$10,500 per week. Low Season includes: May through
October $4,900-$10,000 per week. Rates are based on the number of guests in
your party. Add $350/week per child for children under 10 years old and
$420/week for children between 10 and 16 years old. In addition to the
full-time staff, the rates include: all meals, open bar, use of the night-lit
tennis courts, sea kayaks, snorkeling gear, bicycles, cassette/CD players, and
transfers to and from Montego Bay Airport (60 minute drive). There is a 15%
service charge that covers staff gratuities and local taxes. Payments can be
made by check or by wire.
