The primary dining area is glass enclosed with a 330-degree view of Montego Bay and the sea. The stunningly rare 15-foot, rainbow-colored French granite dining table can accommodate up to 18 people at one sitting. The villa has two of the finest chefs on the island who are skilled in the preparation of menus from simple Caribbean dining to international haute cuisine. Meals are not included in the rental rate, however, the "All-inclusive" meal plan, which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and dinner meals, is very affordable.

At Silent Waters, there are infinite choices of daytime activities available to guests. Most are offered through the villa. The property manager can easily arrange those activities that are not.

April 16 to December 14 (excluding Christmas & New Years) 1-3 Suites $10,000. 4 Suites $12,000. 5 Suites $14,000. Lower Level Suite 1 add $1,600 to above rate. Plus Owner's Villa (20 Guests) $ 38,000.Thanksgiving...(18 Guests) $18,250. Plus Owner's Villa (20 Guests) $24,750. Published rates are for stays of seven nights. Shorter stays of only four nights are available during low season. Owner’s Villa is available for an additional $6,500 per week after minimum rental rate for other Villas has been met. High Season minimum rental rate is $14,000; Low Season minimum rental is $10,000. FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Gourmet meals are served which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters Guests. Adults $350 per guest per week Children 3 to 12 $175 per week Children younger than 3 Complimentary In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Wine, liquor, soft drinks and bottled water are additional and are billed locally. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events. A 30% deposit of the full rental rate is required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 60 days from initial booking date, payment in full is required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date shall incur a 20% administrative fee, subject to the below mentioned circumstances. Cancellation within 90 days of the Holiday Season (12/15 through 1/7) will incur a forfeiture in total of all rental deposits, subject to the below mentioned circumstances. Refunds will be made under the below mentioned circumstances: 1.Villa becomes unfit for habitation due to a natural calamity, then refunds will be made in full without deduction. 2. Villa is rebooked by another party for the period of the initial booking dates, or if only a portion of the initial rental time period is rebooked, a pro rata refund will be made. Any rental payments that qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro rata under this guideline, shall be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee of the full rental rate. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If the property is not reserved by others on the arrival date and/or departure date, an earlier check-in and/or later check-out time on the same date can be arranged without additional charge to the guest. The Christmas and New Year holiday weeks will be charged a flat rate of $31,500 per week (not to include the Owner's Master Suite). Rental rates are inclusive of airport transfers and GCT (Gov't Consumption Tax). Rates are subject to change without notice. or pro-rata under this guideline, shall be subject to a deduction of a 20% “administrative fee” of the full rental rate. While many hotels automatically add this service charge to the guest's bill, it is merely suggested that if the guests are satisfied with the service during their visit, a gratuity of 10% (during High Season) to 15% (during Low Season) of the rental rate be given to the House Manager at the end of their visit. This amount will be shared among the entire staff.
