Guests are registered and may park their cars at the Key West Hilton, (no cars permitted on the island). A bellman will take your bags to the launch at the Hilton Marina.

There are 37 cottages which range from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms. All have living and dining areas and kitchens.

The kitchens have a refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, all utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, and are prestocked with provisions that can be purchased.

Our favorite cottages are the six, two-and three-bedroom Beachfront Cottages: Beachcomber, Sand Dollar, Osprey, Bimini, Coconut, and Siesta. They are directly on the beach, and the sunset views are the best on the island.

The concierge service can arrange for the cottages to be stocked with provisions prior to a guest's arrival (a shopping list is provided when your reservation is confirmed).

Cancellation policy varies from 72 hours to 30 days deoending on the season. Cottage guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult. Maximum occupancy per cottage is: 3 persons in a one bedroom, 5 persons in a two bedroom, 7 persons in a three bedroom. Maximum occupancy still applies when party includes children. All cottages are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. All major credit cards accepted.
