inspired by the design themes of sea, sand and sky. Each secluded island
hideaway has its own infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining
pavilion and private access to beach with an ocean front beach house. |

| Ivory, rust, burgundy, pewter and muted green interiors
keep guests happily anchored to earth. |

| Sand Villa features four master suites, two story design
with vaulted ceilings and spacious interiors at 6,500 sq ft. Accommodates up to
eight adults. |

| Each villa features a spacious indoor dining area as well
as an outdoor dining pavilion and grill. |

fitness center. |

| A full compliment of staff is available to assist guests
with needs and arrangements while in residence and throughout their travels in
Anguilla. Guests of Temenos are greeted at the airport or ferry by their
personal butler. A pre-arranged taxi will take guests from the ferry or airport
to Temenos. The Butler will coordinate any special items guests would like to
have available in their villa, in advance of arrival. |

Pricing based on a seven night stay. *Seven night minimum stay required Nov.
15, 2003 - April 26, 2004 additional nights are pro rated. Nightly rate
includes Continental Breakfast. Seven night minimum during the High Season. All
rates quoted in US dollars. Non-Refundable 50% deposit required. All prices are
subject to 10% Government Accommodation tax and 10% service charge.
