Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full country breakfast, afternoon tea, and 3-course candlelight dinner, each additional person is $70. The rate does not include a New Hampshire tax (8%). Deposit of a one night's stay is due for reservations of two nights or less, and one half the total stay for reservations of three nights or longer. Your deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation. Cancellations with 14 days notice prior to your arrival will receive a full refund, less $20 for processing. If notice is within 14 days, your deposit will be applied to a future stay within six months minus a $50 cancellation fee. Children over the age of eight are welcome. American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards accepted. Check-in time is after 3:00pm unless other arrangements have been made. Check-out is requested before 11:00am. Minimum stay of two or three nights is required during most weekends as well as certain peak and holiday dates.
