they desire…sampling the old-time player piano, coming to grips with a

guests and take care of your every need. Your stay includes a welcome champagne
reception, gourmet dinner prepared by the private chef, all beverages, snacks

| Set back in the trees up beyond Bachelor Gulch, the cabin
features a large fireplace and affords spectacular views of the Gore Range to
the east, and McCoy Park to the south. There is no television or telephone, yet
the kitchen houses modern appliances, and a Jacuzzi hot tub soothes muscles
wearied by strenuous days of downhill skiing and cross-country touring on
nearby trails. |

| Winter visits also include ski lift tickets and lunch at
Beano's Cabin. Summer visits include horseback riding with a personal wrangler,
trout fishing, hiking, and a specially prepared meal on the trail.
Accommodations in Trapper's Cabin are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, living
and dining area, sleeping up to ten people. |

guests, up to 10 people maximum, are $942 per person, per night extra. $1,082
per person, per night (4 person minimum) if staying on a weekend Thurs, Fri,
Sat. Additional guests, up to 10 people maximum, are $1,082 per person, per
night extra. February 10 - March 27...$1,277 per person, per night (4
person minimum) if staying on a weekday Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds. Additional
guests, up to 10 people maximum, are $1,277 per person, per night extra. $1,374
per person, per night (4 person minimum) if staying on a weekend Thurs, Fri,
Sat. Additional guests, up to 10 people maximum, are $1,374 per person, per
night extra. March 28 - April 10...$705 per person, per night (4 person
minimum). Deposit Winter Season...A 25% (one night for stays less than
four nights) deposit is due within 10 days after confirmation. The balance is
due 45 days prior to arrival. The initial deposit is non-refundable in the
event of a cancellation. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival are subject to
