Today, the Tryall Club is owned by 65 proprietatry members who are all Tryall Homeowners. Several years ago, the Tryall Board converted the 42 hotel rooms into 7 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom Great House Villas, which are actually luxury apartments.

The resort's great house has a huge, free-form pool with a swim-up bar. The dining room and adjoining patio that overlook the pool serve breakfast and dinner daily. Traditional English tea is served daily on the veranda. Cocktail parties are on Thursdays, and beach barbecues are on Friday.
