17,000 square feet total on 1/2 acre of beach front estate grounds. Located
throughout the villa for guest comfort are multiple private entertainment areas
for card games, business meetings, or private multi-media entertainment. |

| The interior of Villa Keawakapu features exotic Hawaiian
koa and teak woods throughout including a one-of-a-kind spiral koa wood
staircase, original prints, sculpture, wood carvings and fine art from around
the world, Polynesian accents, and family heirlooms. |

| Most bedrooms have beach or ocean views, private phone,
writing desk and chair, sitting area, deluxe bath amenities, choice of down or

Government Hotel Tax not included. Minimum stay is 7 nights (14 nights over
Xmas-New Years).
