| The first phase of Villa Paradiso consists of
3, four-bedroom villas, each with their own individual pool. |

| Each villa has hand woven thatched roofs,
privacy walls enclosing lush gardens, an outdoor, thatched dining pavilion
overlooking a private waterfall pool and magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea
and St. Kitts. |

| The two additional guest bedrooms have queen
size beds and private marble bathrooms. The villas are fully air-conditioned
and have ceiling fans in every room. |

| Each villa features a large patio with ample
space for dining outdoors. |

| Golf is available nearby and meals and
