and Patrick Stewart-touch down on Wakaya's 2,500-foot airstrip in the owner's
six-seater private plane and are greeted with a split of Taittinger, tropical
fruit and freshly baked ginger cookies. |

| The large bathrooms feature oversized deep soaking tubs,
private open air, lava rock shower, separate vanities replete with magnified,
electric Brot mirrors and a bidet. |

| The bures are 1,500 square feet of living space with woven
bamboo wall covering, native timber flooring, ceiling fans, air conditioning,
spacious closets, CD player with concealed speakers, and decorative arts from
around the world. By design the bures are not equipped with televisions and
telephones. |

| Originally designed as a 12,000-square-foot private
vacation home for island owners David and Jill Gilmour, Vale O offers a
breathtaking panoramic view of the Pacific coast - and a coveted front-row seat
for Wakaya's notorious fiery sunsets. |

| The Vale O pavilion is tastefully decorated with Far
Eastern objects d'art, old books, and custom bamboo and rattan furnishings. A
covered walkway leads to the guest pavilion, with two spacious bedrooms and
ensuite baths, also tastefully decorated. Beyond is the master pavilion, with
king-size bed, enormous his and hers baths, walk-in closets, writing desk, and
other elegant appointments. |

| Additional amenities included with the 16-acre Vale O
estate are the private tennis court, pavilion and boules court, a household
staff of six, including the Gilmours' personal chef, use of all Wakaya Club
resort facilities, and chauffeured transportation on call (The Wakaya Club is a
5-minute drive away). |

| Reserving Vale O entitles you to exclusive use of its
lighted tennis court and boules court, as well as all of Wakaya's sporting and
other amenities, and all meals and beverages, whether in Vale O or at the
club's Palm Grove Restaurant. |

Wakaya is "Vale O", which literally means "House in the Clouds." Set on a
promontory above Homestead Bay, Vale O offers the ultimate Wakaya experience.

| Vale O is a three-bedroom island estate divided into three
pavilions, that houses from one to three couples, and includes personal kitchen
and laundry staff, your own personal chef, and an on-call driver. |

| Vale O's living pavilion has its own sunken bar and dining
area, a cushy lounge area, and an expansive wrap-around veranda, stepping down
to a sunning terrace and rock-trimmed swimming pool with 4-person spa and
remote-controlled waterfall. |

| The Wakaya Club specializes in Pacific Rim cuisine
featuring local seafood, game and fresh organic produce served on an outdoor
terrace or in the Palm Grove Restaurant. |

| Guests may request a private beach picnic if they desire an
intimate dining experience. |

| The Fiji Islands are blessed with a mild tropical climate
throughout the year with sea breezes to keep you comfortable. Average daily
Fahrenheit temperatures range from the low 70s to the high 80s. |

| In addition to deep sea fishing there is complimentary
scuba diving, glass bottom boat excursions, and snorkeling among the brilliant
coral reefs. |

| Enjoy an experience attuned to the rhythms of the island
and the traditions of the Fijian people. While a Fijian warrior sounds a
triumphal note on the conch shell, a party of Fijian warriors in full regalia
carries the bride to meet her groom at the wedding site. The ceremony is
conducted in the Village Church or on the beach by a local Fijian Methodist
minister or a local Justice of the Peace; the marriage is recognized

2004 Daily Double Occupancy Rates: Rates include all
meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unlimited use of the fully
stocked mini-bar, daily laundry service, two scuba tank dives per person per
day, and unlimited use of all other sporting facilities and equipment including
golf, tennis, snorkeling, handline fishing and professional croquet. Garden
View bure $1,800. Ocean View bure $2,100. Governor's bure $2,400. Vale O
...$6,500. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due
60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy...payments less $500 per bure or
$1,500 for Vale O will be refunded if cancellation is received 60 days or more
prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to full
forfeiture of all monies received. The Wakaya Club has a minimum stay
requirement of five days, but a longer stay is recommended so that you may
fully experience the resort and everything the island has to offer. A ten-night
minimum is required during the Christmas/new Year's Holiday period. The Wakaya
Club is designed as an adult resort. All persons over the age of 16 years are
welcome. A 12.5% Fijian government VAT is applied to all services including
accommodations, air transfers and resort purchases. Methods of payment
