queen size iron sleigh bed and tiger-maple armoire, this room boasts a high
ceiling punctuated by a 1925 alabaster acanthus leaf chandelier and a private

handmade tiles and a tumbled stone floor. |

French limestone wainscoting and floors. The charm of the vaulted ceiling,
Italian burled walnut antique furnishings and a fireplace is enhanced by
cascading water outside the windows. |

many times. Art Deco inlaid mahogany furniture, including the king size bed,
handsomely presides over two French doors that open to a private garden patio
beside the waterfall. The bathroom has a claw foot slipper tub and a separate
shower, with travertine stone floor, and a pewter chandelier. |

| The Library...Ensconced in mahogany with a
dark cherry hand-carved fireplace and coffered ceiling, this room held Clark
Gable and Carole Lombard during part of their fabled honeymoon. Private
entrances open under the frescoed ceiling of the verandah onto a private garden
patio. King sized bed, antique pedestal sink, sophisticated bathtub and
separate shower delight the sensibilities. |
